Opal Acrylic Colours - Durable Sheets for LED and Interior

The Seta-LED plates are made of 100% recycled and recyclable cast acrylic. As the name suggests, this collection is specifically designed for LED lighting. This material is matched to the wavelength of LED light and ensures optimal light distribution without hotspots or visible light points. This creates a nice, even and soft light image, even when the LED source is placed close to the surface.

Seta-LED is UV-resistant, up to ten times more impact-resistant than glass and easy to work with. Its efficient light distribution also means that fewer LEDs can be used, saving energy. A durable and aesthetic choice for illuminated displays, signage and interior elements.

Tip: always test a prototype, as the distance to the LED source and the brightness can affect the final result.

Polarite is a high-quality collection of cast acrylic sheets made from 100% recycled and recyclable material. These sheets have one side with a matt finish, similar to the Satinglas collection. The matt side helps hide fingerprints and attracts less dust, keeping the surface clean and neat for longer.

the opal acrylic colours of Polarlite are UV-resistant, from 8 to 10 times more impact-resistant than glass and easy to work with techniques such as laser cutting, thermoforming and gluing. Ideal for durable, stylish applications in, for example, light panels, interior design and signage.

Ecocrylic is a unique material, as it is the first extruded acrylic made entirely from recycled extruded acrylic (XT). Ecocrylic acrylate is made from 100% recycled pre- as well as post-consumer acrylate.

Recycled acrylic is just as colourfast and UV-resistant as the non-recycled variants. The great advantage of this material is that it can be recycled and reused again and again: it is a circular material. Of course, Pyrasied can take the material back after use to recycle it again.
