Description

Block acrylic is extra thick, clear plastic with stunning optical purity. You can order it fully customised. This block material is available as standard in thicknesses of 40 mm, 50 mm, 60 mm, 70 mm, 80 mm, 90 mm and 100 mm.

Acrylic has excellent properties. It is colourless, lightweight, rigid, practically unbreakable and easy to work with. With a light transmission of 92%, it remains crystal clear. Block acrylic is also weatherproof, UV-stable and does not yellow, allowing you to safely use the material outdoors.

Block material is widely used for signing, displays, sight glasses, awards, balustrades, steps, lids and much more. Thick acrylic is easy to process. The possible processing options are: sawing, milling, gluing, drilling, polishing and matting.
