Delivery time
Thanks to our particularly large stock of plastic sheets, tubes and rods, Pyrasied offers fast delivery times. If you order on a working day before 1 pm, you will have it delivered within two working days (does not apply to the Wadden Islands and abroad). This also applies to cut-to-size materials! Would you like us to laser, mill, glue, bend or drill the material for you? Then the delivery time is on request. Depending on our planning, we can generally provide this very quickly. Please contact support@pyrasied.nl If you have any questions about the delivery of your order.
Shipping
Our webshop is only available to customers from the Benelux countries, Germany, France and Italy. Business customers from other countries can order material via our sales department (support@pyrasied.nl) with a minimum order value of €500 and Ex Works delivery.
Minimum order amount
We are a wholesaler and we also like to be flexible. Therefore, anyone may order from us from stock. Even made-to-measure! However, we apply a minimum price of €10 per piece of material ordered from us. This means that for small formats, you may pay proportionally more than the square metre price stated for the material.
We apply a minimum order value of €50 for the Benelux and €500 for other countries, excluding sample orders (excluding VAT and shipping costs).
Shipping costs
When shipping, there are three categories. The shipping costs for each category can be found in the table below.
Category 1 - Samples - When you order samples only, fixed shipping costs always apply.
Category 2 - Packages - When you place an order with larger material, the shipping method depends on the weight and dimensions of the parcel to be sent. Parcels are always lighter than 30 kilos. The final weight is always stated on the packing note and in the order confirmation.
- A package small has a total size of less than 1m² and a maximum length of 1750mm.
- A package large has a maximum size of 1.5m² and also a maximum length of 2000mm. This method is used only when the small package is not sufficient.
Category 3 - Pallets - All orders falling outside the above categories will be shipped on a pallet. This means that the order is larger than 1.5m² or heavier than 30 kilos. Within pallets, there are three sizes:
- Pallet small: stays under 1.5m² and is maximum 1200mm in length.
- Pallet medium: between 1.5m² and 4m² and has no maximum length.
- Pallet large: larger than 4m² and has no maximum length.
Shipping costs quoted do not include VAT.
Returns, damage or wrong material delivered
Custom-cut materials or customer-specific manufactured products can be not be returned.
If you order a full sheet or full length of tubes, you may return the material within 14 days, if the material (on both sides) still has the protective film. For returns, please inform our Helpdesk. You can send an e-mail to suppor@pyrasied.nl. Shipping costs are at your own expense.
Did the material reach us undamaged? Then you will be refunded the total amount of the order.

Damage or wrong material delivered
Damages should within 24 hours of receipt reported. Was your material delivered damaged or did you receive the wrong material? Then fill in our complaint form here. In the complaint form, please state the order number, the type of complaint and provide photos of any damage. We will contact you as soon as possible.
Cancel
It is not possibly to cancel sawing orders. We are a plastic wholesaler and orders automatically reach our sawing department, therefore your order will be cut to size quickly and often shipped the same day.
