Core Collection of Smile Plastics

Core collection by Smile Plastics is all about impact. This distinct collection is made from leftover materials such as old cutting boards, empty cosmetics bottles and used yoghurt cups.

Striking black and white contrasts, neon accents from the universe, pastel spots à la tutti frutti, sparkling metallics or deep ocean blue. Each panel, standard 3000 x 1200 mm, is unique and features a semi-matt finish as standard.

As with all of Smile Plastics's collections, you will see inspiration from the rugged shores of Wales, UK, and the landscape full of character and stories.

Processing options

Core collection from Smile Plastics can be easily machined with standard woodworking machines. The machining possibilities vary depending on the type of material:

• Sawing, milling, drilling and sanding: possible for all types
• Laser processing: not possible
• Bending and gluing:
  • PET and Polystyrene: easy to bend and glue
  • HDPE: difficult to bend and glue; can be solved by solid drilling

The material can be processed by Pyrasied, as well as by interior designers, kitchen or bathroom specialists.

Care and maintenance

Smile Plastics is low-maintenance and easy to clean with warm water and a mild detergent.

Applications

Smile Plastics is ideally suited to applications such as:

• Interiors and furniture: tabletops, counters, wall coverings or displays.
