Description
Suprolux Structures
Suprolux Structures are high-quality optical plastics designed to direct or multiply light in a targeted manner, rather than just diffusing it. These structure sheets are ideal for applications where light needs to fall precisely on a particular spot or be avoided. Thanks to their microstructures, they offer quasi-diffusivity with high light output and a favourable contribution to the UGR value.
Suprolux Structures offer high stiffness, impact resistance and minimal thickness tolerance, providing a high-quality and affordable solution. With one of the largest stocks of light diffusers, opal sheets and textured sheets, Suprolux offers a complete range for a variety of lighting applications.
Available materials
- Polycarbonate (PC): impact-resistant, fire-retardant and suitable for industrial applications.
- Acrylic (PMMA): optically pure and UV-resistant for long-term outdoor application.
- PET-G: Light-formable with high light transmission, ideal for thermoforming.
- Polystyrene: rigid and dimensionally stable with minimal thickness tolerance, suitable for standard lighting fixtures.
Processing options
Machining options depend on the material.
You can use polycarbonate saw, milling, bend, gluing, drill and polishing. Acrylic can also be laser.
In our workshop, we produce custom-made products according to drawing or design, where high-tech machinery and craftsmanship come together for the best results.
